Quality in early childhood care and education is  important and achievable. The Minnesota Legislature has made it a priority to create the highest quality child care for Minnesota’s children.

Minnesota has been testing a voluntary Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) called “Parent Aware” in four pilot sites around the state. Policy makers will learn from these pilots while building a statewide  voluntary QRIS.

Child Care Works and the Early Childhood Caucus would like to give you the latest information on the QRIS and gather your input to ensure a quality early childhood
system that works well for both providers and parents.

RSVP: alicia@childcareworks.org or
