Capital Investment, Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance committees. Rick also served as an important member of the committee that over saw the Legacy funds. I will be talking with him about what happened to the bill governing the Legacy Fund, the final days of the session and what to expect as we had toward what looks like a government shut down.
